Leaked: Galaxy S8 & S8+ to have Super Slow Motion Camera and Iris Sensor


Another leaked today for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ smartphone. Both the phone are going to unveiled in the Samsung's unpacked event on 29th of March. Already there are many leaked out which shows us many things about Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. And today two more details revealed about the companies flagship device. The Samsung is going to introduced Iris Sensor and Super Slow Motion Camera with Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+.

The leaked revealed today, shows that both the phone will have a 3.7 Mega Pixel Iris Sensor. We already know that the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus will have 8 Mega Pixel front facing camera. And this 3.7 Mega Pixel Iris Sensor is separate from the front camera. The Iris Sensor will be used for Iris Scanning and facial recognition.

The second important features leaked is Slow Motion camera. The Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus's rear camera will be capable of shooting slow motion video. The camera will capture Super slow motion video at a frame rate up to 1000 frames per second. This Super Slow Motion video shooting capability is possible only for the DRAM equipped camera module used in both the phone.

Well, DRAM equipped camera module technology is not new as Sony already using this for their digital cameras and smartphones. But Samsung is limiting the frames rate to 1000 frames per second.

With one by one leak, its going to clear now that Samsung is going to introduce lot more improved ever smartphone than before. But again, Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus screen size may not win hearts of many smartphone users for the way big screen size.
