How Durable is Nokia 6? Check Scratch, Bend and Burn Tests

Are you exited for the upcoming Nokia 6? Yes, probably everybody is waiting for the same. Nokia was once everybody's first choice and now again its going to win hearts of millions of smartphone users. The Nokia 6 was first introduced by HMD Global in China in January. And later in the next month, it was introduced at MWC 2017 for the global.

Today we going to share the durability of Nokia 6 smartphone. But before that lets check out whats packed with the phone. The new Nokia 6 packed with a 5.5 inches IPS full HD display. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and its not easy to scratch as scratch tests reveals. The rear panel of the smartphone also has a glass panel which is again not easy to scratch. And also the front mounted fingerprint scanner is fully scratch protected.

If you are wounder about Nokia 6 rear and front camera, then you'll be happy to know that- the 16 MP back camera and 8 MP front facing camera is also found to be scratch resistant.

The Nokia 6 is not packed with very high range specs but the chassis is made with series 6000 aluminum and glass which is very appealing.

Lets see the result of Nokia 6 bend test. The bend test reveals that the deice is hard to flex when it pressed either from front and back. Thats impressive, isn't it.


You can watch the below video shared by Nokia, which shows that the Nokia 6 is made from solid block of aluminum and design is made using CNC manufacturing technology. To make the end product more appealing, the metallic chassis polished 5 times and also undergo two separate anodizing processes.


Nokia's smartphones undergo different 600 tests for durability and reliability before they out for open market.

Nokia 6 Release Date and Price:

Nokia 6 is scheduled to released for the global use from the second quarter of 2017. The Nokia 6 will be available for a price tag below $250.
